A Day At Juicy Oasis

What to expect the daily schedule to look like during your stay.

At Juicy Oasis, you can simply lie back on a sun lounger or in the beautiful spa and relax, rest, rejuvenate and enjoy your juice cleanse. Many guests also get wholeheartedly involved with a range of daily activities, designed to get you fitter, healthier, lighter and more toned.

Each week is run by a core team comprising of a manager, fitness teacher and yoga instructor, who deliver a 7-day programme for the mind and the body. We believe that a cleanse should be a wonderful, enjoyable experience and not a case of ‘grinning and bearing it’.

  • 7:45 – 8:15 Meditation
  • 8:15 – 8:45 Wake Up Yoga
  • 9:00 – 10:00 Walk
  • 10:00 – 10:30 Circuit Training
  • 10:30 Juice @ Cafe & Day 4 Coaching
  • 11:15 – 12:00 Spin Class
  • 12:15 – 13:15 Yoga
  • 13:15 Juice
  • 14:15 – 15:00 High Intensity Training
  • 15:00 – 15:30 Rebounding
  • 15:30 – 16:00 Volleyball
  • 16:00 Juice
  • 17:00 – 18:00 Yoga
  • 18:00 – 18:30 Deep Relaxation
  • 18:30 – 19:30 Soup
  • 19:30 Documentary – “Food Matters”
*Our schedules change regularly depending on the fitness staff attending and the weather, your schedule will be confirmed the night before each day therefore the above may not be a true reflection of your week.
*The Spring/summer plan allows free sun time from 1.30 – 4.30 pm daily, with activities resuming between 5 – 7 pm. Also the summer/spring plan includes 4 x juices and no soup
