Are There Any Supplements In The Juices?

Yes we include Spirulina, Wheatgrass, Superfood and Protein Powder in several of the juices.

Can Children Attend The Retreat?

Our policy is that children aged 14 or over can attend the retreat, however it is fundamentally an ‘adult’ environment where people have come to relax and unwind, so it is important that anyone thinking about bringing their ‘child’ respects this. We cannot always guarantee to accept all requests and will assess per enquiry.

Are Flights Included In The Cost?

No. You will need to source and pay for your flights separately.

Is Travel Insurance Included?

No, please arrange to purchase this cover independently.

How Long Is The Transfer From The Airport To Juicy Oasis?

The transfer from Lisbon airport to the retreat will take around 1hour 45mins.

Do I Need To Pay The Full Amount For The Retreat Immediately?

No, we can take an initial NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payment of £400 to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid at once or broken down into two further instalments. Your place is not booked until a payment has been submitted and cleared.

‍Final payments must be paid at least six to eight weeks in advance of your stay.

What is the main difference between the retreats?

Both retreats are special in their own way and offer very similar juice plans/exercise programmes. The main difference between the retreats is the setting.

Juicy Oasis in Portugal is a bigger retreat, that has more of a luxury boutique hotel feel, with more facilities, including a spa, gym and shop on-site.

Juicy Mountain in Turkey which has been running for 18 years, is equally as beautiful and is a tranquil and rustic, smaller retreat, decorated in an authentic Turkish style. Massages are available at Juicy Mountain, but there is not a full spa like at Juicy Oasis and there is no gym or shop.

Are The Juices/Smoothies Based On The '7lbs In 7-Days' Programme?

Many of the juices/smoothies at the retreat are taken from the best selling ‘7lbs in 7 days’ book. However, unlike the book, there are four juices/smoothies per day and some of the recipes are omitted/replaced with other recipes.

‍Please note: we offer a standard juice plan to all guests and do not offer bespoke or tailored juices. We are able to cater for allergies by omitting certain ingredients from recipes, please just let our team know of any intolerances/allergies upon booking.

What Do I Need To Pack?

You will get through a lot of sports clothes, so please pack plenty. Trainers are essential for walks and exercising. The mornings and evenings in April/May and Sept/Oct could be cooler, so please pack a jumper and also a lightweight waterproof. The retreat is very simple and casual, so no need to pack anything ‘smart’.

How Can I Pay?

We accept debit/credit card payments, bankers drafts or BAC’s transfers (call our team for more details). We do not accept American Express or Laser cards.

How Long Is The Transfer From The Airport To Juicy Mountain?

The transfer from Dalaman airport to the retreat will take around 45 minutes.

Can I Book For More Than One Week?

Yes. Many people book to stay at the retreat for 2 consecutive weeks and achieve excellent results. We recommend a maximum of three weeks. Consecutive weeks at both retreats are also currently offering an additional discount.

Can I attend for a short break? (Less than 7 days.)

We do have guests who visit us for less than 7 days, but please be aware that we do not offer concessionary nightly rates as we run a 7 day programme from Saturday to Saturday at both retreats. If you wish to stay for less than 7 days, it would mean you would still need to pay for the full weekly stay, but you would be welcome to arrive late or depart early.
