Transfer Terms & Conditions
Transfers from Lisbon airport (Juicy Oasis, Portugal) and (Juicy Mountain, Turkey) Dalaman airport to the retreat and back are available at an additional cost from our 3rd party specialists Travel Agents in Lisbon and Dalaman.
These are groups we have trusted and worked with for years now. Please be aware that if you decide to book your transfers through the 3rd party transfer companies, your flight details will be required at least 7 days before your departure at the very latest. This is to ensure that your transfers can be organised with our transfer company. Please note that failure to do so may result in waiting extended periods of time for the next available transfer or having to organise a private transfer at an additional cost to yourself through the 3rd party.
IMPORTANT Juicy Oasis: We work with a very well respected 3rd party transfer company who operate a high standard of vehicles and who are fully compliant with the new Covid-19 regulations and who have been awarded the ‘Safe & Clean’ and ’Safe Travel’ certification from Tourism Portugal. All group transfers are now limited to a maximum of 6 guests and the price is £60 each way (£120 return) per person. A regular taxi can cost considerably more and the retreat can be hard to find, as it is situated in a fairly remote area. Please note that the Group Transfers only run on Saturdays and on the arrival Saturday run between 12:00 and 20:45 and on the departing Saturday run between 03:30 and 16:30. If you would like transfers outside of these times or prefer a luxury transfer to be waiting for you on arrival, we can book you an ‘Any-Time’ transfer which run on any day/any time and are £170 for the vehicle for the one way journey (£340 return) for up to 3 guests (if travelling together) or £200 for up to 6 guests (if travelling together).
Confirmation of transfer times, details of meeting point and emergency contact details for your day of arrival will be provided ahead of your stay. Please keep these details with you whilst travelling, incase required.
We ask that you notify us immediately if there are any flight delays on your day of arrival, as soon as you become aware of any issues or delays.
If your flight is delayed we will always endeavour to move you to the next transfer, however please note if the next transfer is already full you will have to wait until the next available transfer or alternatively we will try and arrange an individual transfer for you, however the differential between the transfers will need to be paid once at the retreat.
If flights are delayed or cancelled and your arrival time/day no longer falls into our standard days/hours for transfers, you may need to upgrade to a private transfer at additional cost.
No refund will be provided for failure to arrive at the retreat for any reason. Juicy Oasis and Juicy Mountain are not accountable and will not cover any loss for delayed/cancelled/missed flights.
Guests are welcome to arrange their own method of transport such as a taxi, instead of arranging transfers with our 3rd party specialists.
Please note however that taxis can be expensive and the rates that the transfer companies agree are competitive. Our 3rd party specialists are also trusted and reliable.
Clients who book transfers independently will need to take full responsibility for their transfers but as a word of warning, the retreats are both located in a remote area and people arriving on independent transfers often get lost and charged more for the journey.
By accepting these terms and conditions, I/we confirm that I/we are happy to book transfers with recommend 3rd Party specialists, and that Juice Master Ltd and Juicy Oasis/Juicy Mountain are not responsible for any injuries or losses incurred during the transfers.
This contract is entered into under the laws of the United Kingdom and in agreeing to these terms and conditions you are doing so on behalf of yourself and any other parties included in your booking.
